What to Expect

All of our training classes start by walking you through the different equipment available in the gym and show you how you can use it. Each day you'll focus on working different parts of the body. You'll also undergo cardio training, including running and jumping, usually outside. Our trainers are all very experienced and use tested and proven training methods.

Once you've become acquainted with the equipment, we'll do an initial assessment and meet and greet to get an idea of where your fitness is currently, as well as where you want to go. Once complete, we write up a custom training plan. This one-on-one attention to your needs and details ensures the best results in both group training and personal training relationships. Additionally, we'll give you advice on nutrition and supplements.
